Chief Executive Officer

Graeme King (B.Com, B.Acc, CA(SA)) has served as the Chief Executive Officer and principal shareholder of AllCash since 2005. Under his leadership, the company has developed a dynamic management team with extensive experience in the Asset Protection and Cash Management industries.

A seasoned businessman, Graeme has held leadership roles across multiple sectors throughout his career. He spent 12 years as an Executive Director of Independent News and Media, served as President of Print Media South Africa and President of the Durban Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He was also a founding director of Cash Connect Management Solutions, where he played a key role in shaping the company’s development strategy to serve the retail sector with innovative cash management solutions.

Gina Reddy

Financial Director

Gina Reddy has served as AllCash’s Financial Director since 2011, bringing nearly three decades of financial expertise to the role. She holds a Diploma in Financial Management and Business Computing and has been part of the company since 1996, advancing through key financial leadership roles.

Gina leads the finance and administration team with a strong focus on governance, compliance, and operational efficiency. Her strategic oversight ensures financial stability and supports the company’s continued growth.

André Stiglingh

Head of Software Development

André Stiglingh has served as Head of Software Development at AllCash since March 2020, overseeing the in-house development of the company’s proprietary Locksmith software, which powers and manages AllCash’s hardware solutions.

A highly experienced full-stack developer with over 19 years in the industry, André has played a central role in the successful deployment of Locksmith for key clients. Known for his integrity, technical expertise,

and hands-on leadership, he is a valued member of the AllCash management team and a respected authority in software development.

Hoosein Unice

Operations Manager

Hoosein is the Operations Manager at AllCash South Africa, bringing over 28 years of experience in manufacturing, product development, and technical innovation.

Known for his quality-driven and hands-on leadership, he oversees production operations, process improvement, and technical support. His deep expertise includes electronics, lean manufacturing, and ISO 9001:2015 quality systems.

Hoosein is also committed to community development, personally training unemployed youth in electronics and manufacturing. His work has earned national recognition, including awards from Eskom and the SAB Foundation.

Joelene Naidoo

Procurement Manager

Joelene Naidoo is a seasoned Procurement Manager with over 15 years of experience at Allcash, where she plays a key role in managing procurement operations, supply chain logistics, and inventory control across multiple branches.

With a strong background in both procurement and sales, she brings a dynamic and solutions-driven approach to the team. Joelene is known for her strong leadership, organisational skills, and dedication to operational excellence.

Her commitment to adaptability and continuous improvement has made her an invaluable part of the management team.

Dorah Armstrong

Store Manager

With 29 years of dedicated service at AllCash, Dorah Armstrong brings a wealth of experience and leadership to her role as Store Manager, a position she has held for the past 15 years.

Throughout her career, Dorah has worked across several key departments within the company, gaining deep operational insight and contributing to AllCash’s continued success.

She holds a diploma in Supply Chain Management, further strengthening her ability to lead efficient, customer-focused store operations..

Jean-Luc Badibanga

Electronic Designer

Jean-Luc Badibanga is an Electronic Engineer with 8+ years of experience in electronic development, specialising in ink dye systems and cash protection solutions.

Leading the electronics department, he oversees product design, maintenance, and enhancement, ensuring robust technical performance.

A collaborative leader, he empowers people around him with deep technical knowledge to drive innovation and deliver secure, high-impact solutions.

Vernon Munthree

Manager – Projects, Service & Support

Vernon holds a Diploma in Advanced Business Communications, with a focus on Business Management, Marketing, and Office Administration. He is also a certified ISO Quality Management Systems (QMS) Internal Auditor.

Vernon began his career at AllCash in 2005 as an in-house technician at the Durban office. In 2012, he relocated to the company’s Head Office, where he has since served in various roles across multiple departments.

Currently, Vernon plays a key leadership role, overseeing AllCash’s technical projects, service delivery, and support operations.

Dewald Fourie

Head of Sales

Dewald brings over 17 years of sales leadership experience across Mining, Telecommunications, Security, and Start-up sectors. He combines technical expertise with strategic insight to drive growth and long-term client success.

Certified in Project and Portfolio Management (CAPM, Agile, P3O), Dewald has led multi-million-rand IoT projects and high-performing sales teams. Known for his collaborative style and results-driven mindset, he values integrity, adaptability, and performance excellence in every engagement.

Marcell Myburgh

Mechanical Engineer

Marcell Myburgh is a highly skilled Mechanical Engineer at AllCash, with a B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering. He brings a wealth of experience in mechanical design, research and development, and product innovation. With a background in the automation, defence, and manufacturing sectors.

Marcell specializes in taking products from concept through to production with precision and efficiency. His expertise in CAD systems, prototyping, and technical problem-solving supports the company’s commitment to high-quality, custom-engineered solutions.
